1. CHAI TEA

Ingredients:

0,5 l. of milk
1 tsp of ground ginger
3 cinnamon sticks
5g. of tea
spices you prefer
Process:

Boil milk and then add tea bags and other ingredients. Let tea draw and in 10 minutes enjoy this delicious tea.
It is a general health-improving drink. Moreover the mix of ginger, spices and cinnamon favours the normalization of metabolism.
